Keep your buns and guineas busy, curious, and content with these simple foraging setups 🐰🐹
If you’ve ever caught your pet looking a little bit fed up (think: pacing, over-grooming, or just not quite themselves), it could be their way of saying they’re bored. These enrichment ideas are quick to try, easy to rotate, and great for encouraging natural behaviours like sniffing, digging and nibbling 💚
Keeping their minds ticking helps digestion, reduces stress, and gives your pet something to focus on…
1️⃣ Flip + Forage Hidey
Turn a Hidey House upside down, add a soft layer of Eco-Nest, fluff up your pet’s favourite hay (Sarah’s two love our Meadow Hay) and scatter in a few tasty Nibbley Bits. Try Dandelion Root, Nettle or Cookies.

2️⃣ Scatter Feeding
Instead of placing food neatly in a bowl, let them root about for it. Sarah sprinkles her Pillow Wad Pellets all over a snuffle mat or bathroom mat (the bobbly kind!) to keep their little minds busy and their bellies happy at the same time.

3️⃣ The Toilet Tube
Simple, but effective! Stuff a toilet roll tube with hay and herbs, a Dandelion Root, Cookie or veg slice – whatever your pet loves. Then bend over the ends to create a puzzle for them to open.

4️⃣ Packaging Paper
You know that brown paper that arrives in so many of your online deliveries? Don’t throw it away! Stuff it with hay and treats, scrunch it up, and let your pets dive in for a good old rummage. Instant enrichment, zero waste!
