How to use
Spread a soft, even layer of Woodshavings across your pets’ bedding area, giving them plenty of fresh, cosy coverage under their paws.
Top up as needed, spot clean daily by removing any damp or messy patches, and replace fully when it’s time for a fresh start. Keep it dry, fluffy and topped with plenty of hay nearby, so your pets have a clean space to rest, nibble and potter about contentedly.

They can be, as long as they’re the right kind. Cedar wood is the big one to avoid because it’s very aromatic, and strong-smelling shavings can irritate sensitive little noses.
Our woodshavings are made from spruce and pine. They’re kiln-dried and dust-extracted to reduce moisture, bacteria and dust, making them a much gentler small pet bedding.
If your pet is extra sensitive, a cardboard bedding like our Eco-Nest ™ can be a lovely alternative.
Kiln-drying is a heat-drying process that removes excess moisture from the wood.
