You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
The vast majority of our orders arrive on time, but as we use a number of trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally happen.
If you’re ordering for a specific date, we always recommend allowing a little extra time, just in case.
If your tracking hasn’t updated, or you’re worried about your delivery, please get in touch and we’ll happily investigate for you.
If your order seems delayed, or you’re worried about a delivery, just pop us a message, we’re here to help.

Delivery:
We use several different couriers, including DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx and Parcelforce. The courier carrying your parcel will depend on its size and weight, as well as where it’s heading.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information from the courier delivering it.
If you have any specific delivery instructions, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Please note that, due to our current order processing system, we are unable to guarantee that delivery instructions can be added or amended once an order has been placed. We are actively working on improving this and hope to offer a more streamlined process very soon.
You can contact us via our Contact Us page, and once your tracking information has been sent, you may also be able to update your delivery preferences directly with the courier.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.
We’ll always do our best to help, but once your order has been packed or handed over to the courier, we may not be able to make any changes.
Larger orders are sometimes sent in more than one parcel, and these may arrive separately. If only part of your order has arrived, please allow one working day for the remaining parcel or parcels to reach you.
If anything is still missing after that, please get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
Please check your tracking email first, as this should have the latest information about your delivery.
If the tracking doesn’t look right, or you’re still having trouble locating your parcel, please complete the form on our Contact Us page or email [email protected].
Please include your full name, delivery address, order number and the email address used to place your order. This will help us find your order and look into things as quickly as possible.
We’re a small team, so we’re not usually able to reply outside office hours, at weekends or on bank holidays. We’ll come back to you as soon as we’re back at the farm.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Following changes to the way goods are transported, deliveries can be affected by delays, extra charges or customs-related problems that sit outside our control. Rather than risk letting our customers down, we’ve made the difficult decision to limit deliveries to Great Britain, the Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Man for the time being.
We regularly review our delivery options and hope we’ll be able to offer Northern Ireland delivery again in the future.
We do everything we can to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
Many of our products are bulky, heavy or a bit of both, and our couriers charge more to deliver to certain postcodes in the Highlands, Islands and Isle of Man.
Rather than raising delivery prices for everyone, we only add a separate charge to orders where these extra courier costs apply.
Returns & Order Queries
Please get in touch as soon as possible, and ideally within two working days of receiving your order.
To help us look into the problem quickly, please:
- Take photographs of the parcel, packing slip and postage label.
- Keep all of the original packaging until we’ve sorted things out.
- If your order contains one of our feed or bedding products, please also take a photograph of the batch information printed on the back of the packaging, or make a note of it. This will often include an unusual name, usually the field name in brackets, alongside a date. It helps us trace the batch more easily.
When you contact us, please include your full name, delivery address, order number and the email address used to place your order. This helps us find your order and put things right as quickly as possible.
We take great care when packing every order, but the occasional mix-up can happen.
If you think you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within two working days of receiving your order.
We’ll look into it promptly and work with you to put things right. Photographs of the products you’ve received are always helpful and can make it much quicker for us to find a solution.
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return unopened, undamaged products that are still in a resaleable condition.
Please contact us within two working days of receiving your order so we can arrange the return with you. Many of our products are natural and consumable, so we do need to hear from you promptly before advising you on the next steps.
Unless the products are faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning them.
Once your return has reached us and we’ve checked everything over, we’ll process any refund due as quickly as possible.
Because of the nature of our products, we can’t usually accept returns of opened bedding, hay or forage for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you believe there’s a problem with something you’ve received, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll always look into it carefully and do everything we can to put things right.
Our products come from nature, so their colour, texture and stem length may vary throughout the year depending on the season and harvest.
Every batch is carefully selected and quality checked, but no two harvests will ever look exactly the same. We think those little natural differences are all part of their charm.
