Here’s everything you need to know about our festive delivery schedule.
Last Day for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
Order by 12pm on Wednesday 17th December for delivery in time for Christmas.
Orders After 17th December
We’ll keep dispatching right up until 12pm on Monday 22nd December, but anything ordered after the 17th may arrive after Christmas depending on courier delays. We’d always recommend ordering early, just in case.
Our Office Break
Our farm team will be taking a short festive breather after a busy year! Orders placed after 12pm on 22nd December will be processed fresh when we return on Monday 5th January.

Mainland UK – Next Working Day Delivery (order by 12pm)
Need your pet’s favourites in a hurry? Order by 12pm, Monday-Friday, for next working day delivery (orders placed after 12pm Friday dispatch Monday; weekends & bank holidays excluded).
Delivery Status – December 2025
The vast majority of orders are arriving right on time. A small number are taking a little longer than usual while we work through courier issues. We’d rather be upfront, so if you’re ordering for a specific date, please allow a little extra time just in case.
We’re doing everything we can to keep things running smoothly (chasing any hold-ups and exploring additional delivery options).

Delivery prices
- Orders £20 and over: Free delivery
- Orders under £20: £4.99
Cut-off and dispatch

After 12pm, Monday–Thursday: dispatched the next working day.

After 12pm on Friday, or any time at the weekend/bank holidays: dispatched on Monday. UK Mainland delivery is usually Tuesday.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Highlands, Islands and Ireland
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from courier collection.
