Delivery Status Update – November 2025
The vast majority of orders are arriving right on time. A small number are taking a little
longer than usual while we work through courier issues. We’d rather be upfront, so if you’re
ordering for a specific date, please allow a little extra time just in case.
We’re doing everything we can to keep things running smoothly (chasing any hold-ups and
exploring additional delivery options).

- Orders £20 and over: Free delivery
- Orders under £20: £4.99
Cut-off and dispatch

After 12pm, Monday–Thursday: dispatched the next working day.

After 12pm on Friday, or any time at the weekend/bank holidays: dispatched on Monday. UK Mainland delivery is usually Tuesday.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Highlands, Islands and Ireland
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from courier collection.
